Motorola Solutions — Worst service by motorola | |||||
I bought Moto x play on 13June 2016. My phone has just fallen down from 2 feet and its screen has broken badly. I submitted my phone on B2X Motorola service center, Thane on 25th June. Since then i am calling them, but there is no one to pick up my call. Once it got connected, they said please wait for some more days. I tried calling again, but they don't respond. How much long i need to wait for screen recovery.? Also under warranty, i am paying them 7500rs for the screen. this is the worst service and response i ever got from any service centre. I will suggest people to not buy Moto phones. My job number is 7735. Please let me know if i need to provide more details about the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
