I have bought moto g 2gen in july 2015. i was facing issue with slow battery charging after 11 months, further i have visited service centre at sahara mall in gurgaon, on 4 th july, after inspecting mobile they said about software issue and will be resolved in 2 days but they have taken 4 days. they return my phone on 9th july with 0 % charge. then i take it to home and try to charge but it take 6 hours to charge full, after charging i try to insert sim but no response for sim because they damaged my phone sim 1 slot repairing. later again i visited on 11th july for complaing the issue. but they said that i have bring in damage condition and repair with cost of 2850 rs.in a nut shell the service centre personel did fraud with me so that they can make money from me, without taking any responsibility for customer service. now i am totally depressed with this kind of fraud. i want resolution directly from company.
