Motorola — Too much delay in repair & Wrong commitment

Dear Sir, I purchased motorola handset, it got damage and i have submitted it in motorola service centre after getting confirmation from Motorola Executive, But it already one month passed still I am waiting to get it back after repairing, After doing the regular followup on mail and phone still they guys not getting it sort out. They always done the commitment and it got failed. Pl find below details.
