Motorola — Unethical behaviour

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I purchased a Moto G third generation on 30th July 2015 and the order ID was OD[protected]. But the screen of the phone cracked, I don't know how and when I went to the service center, they told me to come back after 10 days as there were no services available as of then. The crack increased day by day and now the situation is very bad. Now my question is that when you didn't have the services, then why did you sell the product at the first place? I work with NDTV and I bought this phone only after we reviewed it on our show. Please look into the matter and provide me with a solution. Thanks Lav Vaid Journalist NDTV
