Motorola — Very very poor and unsatisfied handling of warranty service related issue of mobile | |||
I submitted phone Moto G2 due to issue in touch screen it is in warranty Work Order No ZST/MG/15/04164. it is more than 18 days today, but mobile is not reapired yet. even part is also not available and also not dispatched from company to service center. Daily i called service center but they told we will repair phone only when part is avail. therefore, i chat with company given facility also called 3 times with 2 days gap. every time they told your issue will escalate in 2 days. it is around 8 days i am communucating with Motorola toll free number. also raised a complain on priority[protected]. but didn't get any reply from them also mobile is not yet repaired. Please punish such fraud companies. they are attract customers only for buy a product after afterword not taking care of custermers. Was this information helpful? | |||
