Motorola — worse service by authorized service center!

I am C. S. Mishra, I recently encountered a problem in my moto g 2nd gen device which was that my phone was hanging on the logo. When I called the customer support, they asked me to visit the authorized service center of Motorola which I immediately did on the same day. After taking the device they assured me that my device will be repaired within 5 days and I would be informed about that. It has been 14 days now I have not been informed anything and no one even called me. After getting irritated by this unprofessional service, I contacted the customer support once more on 18th December 2014. There I explained my issue and then I was assured that they will look on my issue and will contact me with a clear solution within 24 hours. Even that commitment was not completed by Motorola. Once more after getting frustrated, I called the customer support on 19th December (after 24 hours) and there I was told that the part required for repairing has arrived that day only and that I will be surely having my device within a day or two. Today (after one day), when I called the service center, they said that the part required has still not arrived. Now this is not a joke, I mean seriously, is Motorola so unprofessional? I have been living without my phone for so many days and each time when I tried to inquire, they made a commitment and broke the same without any hesitation. Now I have completely lost my faith in Motorola. I am currently having three Moto G devices and still I am treated like no one. This is enough now, either give my phone within 24 hours or else keep it with you only and tell me directly that Motorola never cares about his customers' satisfaction and feedback. C. S.
