[Resolved] Motorola — Worst service centers | |||
My MOTO- E screen was damaged just after 3 days of purchase, so that I submitted my mobile to Motorola authorized service center " SHIKHA COMMUNICATION A-6 first floor Devi Palace, Opp, Raj Cinema Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001. They told me your mobile will be repaired in 7 days. I called them 2 times in a week up to 28 July 2014. On 28 July 2014 they told me my mobile is repaired and i went to the service center on 05 August 2014. Again they told me your mobile is not repaired and i can take my mobile in morning of 06 August 2014. Again i called them on 06 August 2014. As i expected they again told me your mobile is not repaired. I asked for mobile and deposited money INR 2200 but they refuse to return money. What should i do ? Why international company like Motorola appoint these fraud people for repairing mobiles. You are doing business in India due to mouth publicity. If after purchasing people not satisfied due to worst service, It will harmful for their future in India. Was this information helpful? | |||
