[Resolved]  Mountbatten Mani Marriage Catering Services — Pathetic customer service and very unprofessional owner

We had booked the services with an advance, unfortunately there was a need for a change in the menu, when we requested, the owner Mr. Srinivasan, badmouthed us and also cursed upon the marriage and our whole family, all to retain back the advance money. We don't really bother about the money which was not refunded (there was no contract so it cannot be blamed on anyone) but the unprofessional, unethical behaviour o[censored]sing illicit, vulgar words to speak to a customer was very hurtful, claiming to be an orthodox, pure service provider, this treatment was considered very hurtful and mentally bothersome. A known relative who had availed of the services earlier has also later informed us that, we were well off in not using their services as they use adulterated products for cooking, and charge a lot for original products. Also they cut the quantity short and claim all the items or food prepared were utilized and to prepare more will incurr additional expense. It is so disgusting to know such services providers exist in the market, people who are to avail their services, please be aware!!
