This is really advisable to all that not to spend your money to purchase a house in Lodha Dombivili projects. Everyone who have purchased a house from lodha group in Dombivili any project they suffered or suffering from delay in possession for minimum two years. I have purchased my home in casa Rio in the year of 2013, and got confirmation from builder that I will get my possession in Oct 2014. but in October 2014 they send a mail that possession will be delayed by August 2015. and now in august 2015 again they informed by mail that I will get my possession by June 2016. I have discussed this issue with several of Lodha customers and got result that this has happened with everyone and everyone suffering from this issue since a long time. They claimed 18% interest per day basis in case of late payment on completion of slab from customers. even to take payment of each slab they sent demand letter within 6 to 7 month and take all money within 7 month from customers. post six seven month they declare that possession will be delayed. I request to all who are having this issue with this builder to join me to raise our voice together. according to me developer is delaying in possession because of his business as he has several more projects in same area and he want to sell out all those first before giving possession to existing customers.
