Sir, purchased new suzuki access 125 from showroom on 25th aug, 2016, the csooter having mrf tubeless tyre. On 29th nov, 2016 morning, just after moving about 100 mtrs, mrf tube less scooty tyre got cracked in 2500 km running in city limits, within guarentee period. Preliminary observation prooved manufacturing defect. Hence requested for replacement. Name of the owner - aditya r Suzuki access 125 eng. MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 01, 2016 Updated by Ramesh L. Naik Sir, Purchased Suzuki Access 125 Scooty from Bellad show room, Hubli, Karnataka on[protected] and vehicle ran 2500 km, in the corporation limits only. On[protected] morning while moving to office, just 100mtr ride on the tar road the rear tyre at once became flat and the vehicle is parked at home for repair. Looking at the tyre as preliminary observation, a crack of about 1" right in the centre of the tyre is observed, which is definitely the result of manufacturing defect. In very short Time and less than 15000 Kms my Mahindra Scorpio Tyre got Air bubble, Hope this tyre is not useable in future.Request you look into the same and replace the same at the earliest.
