Sir, the above said distributors are delivering the cylinders after frequent reminders. They deliver the cylinders too late and also not responding to the phone calls. Even though if they responds give the wrong information for consfusing us from queries. Totally the distributors are worst in delivering the cylinders compared to othe distributors(They deliver the cylinders not less then seven days). We are wasting our time in visiting the distributor or by frequent phone calls to the agency. Is there any provision for shifting to other agencies for getting rid of this, like port system used in mobile companies.OR the service provider (Indane gas) can have the necessary action on such kind of negligence. Kindly solve the same.
