I had registered my complaint regarding double payment today. One person called me saying that he is representing the concerned bank and said that they are sorry for this and would like to refund the excess bill paid. He took my ATM card no and other details and quickly withdraw money from my bank account. This was possible since this fellow got my contact details easily since all the complaints are displayed on this site.
