My old parents were waiting at the Chamunda Circle stop right from 12:20 PM to 1:30 PM however the bus never arrived there. I called up Nancy Colony bus depot and they said that the bus left the depot on time which is at 12:30. They even gave me the bus number 9216. It seems like the bus driver chose to skip this stop and directly continued with it's onward journey. This is completely unacceptable. My parents had to look for alternative travel arrangements for the same. When I filed a complaint over email, I was asked to call on TOLLFREE NO.
[protected]. When I call on that number, they ask me to send an email to the same email address where I filed a complaint.This is inexcusable. I want a full refund for the same and a compensation for the trouble my parents had to go through.
