Sir, I was trying for booking a seat for Amravati to Pune journey on 14 Nov 2015 . My ticket fare /money got deducted from my account as I had used Net banking . But because of some system error it logged out from from Web application. In whole process my ticket was not booked but amount get deducted . and still I haven't refunded the amount .
