Sir mswipe company ne mere account se money deduct kiya bina muje intimation diye and jb maine refund manga to bola ki aap device wapis kro apko refubd mil jyga ab wo company wale device lene bhi nhi aa rhe hai maine unko 3 feb ko request dalwayi ti or mere paise 1 feb ko deduct kiya hai inhone 3540/-...

Dear sir we purchased Mswipe technology swipe machine 3 yrs before ...within one year we found they totally a fraud company.i had to face so many issues with their unwanted charges ..and they make us frustrated..i totally stopped using the device ..also so many times those people called me i said i don't want your service and I'm not going to use the device also ..but on 27th jan 2024 i was debited 3540RS without my knowledge from my account...

Dear sir/Madam,
As I closed my Mswipe account and I requested to customer care to get return their device, but they denied to take device and they assured that your account was closed, But Rs.3600 deducted from my current account even my Mswipe account closed.
Kindly do the needful

But, the Machine is Not Delivered me till date.

Kindly help me to refund my amount...

I have purchased machine 4 months back by paying 2360rs which is claimed to be rental free machine they charged me gst also but till date I have not received any invoice copy. And they are also charging me rent of 413rs every month and after complaining they are responding me that this is a technical problem and even they are not refunding my amount back and doing deduction of 413rs from last 4 month from my bank account .stop this or you...

We are running domain and hosting service business based in hyderabad we take a current account from RBL Bank they provide mSwipe QR Code
one half my client pay the payment through mswipe QR
mswipe people asking invoice copy we send a mail to copy our payment hold due to suspicious customer share the screenshot we also send a screenshot and invoice to mswipe but payment not released till `10 days completed they people told everyday...

I have not received my qr sale amount of rs 842600 dated 05/11/2023 I am waiting for the amount since 3 days now the company is not giving any response and not transferring the money also

I have taken 2 mswipe machines through ICICI bank and started transaction from 2nd oct 2023... On 2nd oct our customers made 2 Lakh rupees of payment and that amount is settled on 3rd oct 2023 and Our customers made a payment of 18 Lakhs on[protected] but mswipe kept the payment on hold, When I approached them and asked.

Till date my ECS is being deducted from my account. I have given several reminders to close my account 3 years back but no action has been taken yet. the ECS AMOUNT OF RS.350 Per month is being deducted every month by Mswipe till date, if it is not refunded and ECS is not stopped.
We will take a legal action against you.
This is the harrasment to the subscriber of not using any services from you.(Mswipe.)

I have not been taken any device(Swipe Machine) and I have not taken any loan from mswipe technologies pvt Ltd But Money deducted from my account continue and I have been received message by m swipe technologies pvt Ltd company for ECS charges.
please solve my problem immediately...
