[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — MSwipe machine is not received. | |||
Hi Team, I am an insurance adviser and i have applied for an MSwipe device on 18th Nov 2016. It was told that i will be provided with the device within 10 working days. I tried to contact with Mr. Jiphesh, to whom i have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of Rs 3000. He says that the device is getting delayed from Bangalore team. I am unable to understand where are we getting delayed & does this take such a long time to configure a device on customer details. still Now I haven't receive the device and I am totally upset. Can I have an update please. I was not provided with an application number. I have given my mobile no as [protected]/[protected]. Please help me to get the device delivered to me asap.
