Mswipe Technologies — Pos machine not given

I appleid for pos machine on 18/11/2016 through bharat bank. I was told the machine will be given within 7 days. Now its 10/12/2016 almost 22 days but havent got the machine. The amount of 6500 has been debited from my account. Now your executives dont even pick the phone call. Mr sajid +[protected] and mr. Sadanand [protected] are your executives who dont even bother to pick the call. I dont need your pos machine now as i m totally unhappy with the service you have provided. Please return my money soon or i have to take strict actions.
