Hi i am from r r multispeciality dental clinics chennai Kindly cancel my order of mswipe machine I gave order to peter sales person of mswipe chennai on dec 2015 but i got the machine on april 10 th 2016 But till date i have not opened the machine but rental of rs 300/ has been cut They told 4 months of rental free but now cuting 300 from my account Ok more over mswipe office people r threatening that they will kill me if i cancel my order Kindly help me urgent Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor guidance regarding the und release. Every customer care executive were not giving different statements.
Very worst customer service. One of customer care executive is ready to even face police complaint. He gave permission to raise complaint against Mswipe. All customer care team leads are very busy in meeting. No time for customer.
For the past 2 days, I have through so much mental agony. I have to register a case against to create so much mental agony to a lady.
hoep any one notices this message and take corrective action. Otherwise, I am going to register a police complaint.
