I Hiten Savla have cancelled MTNL Landline connection on 31st Dec 2021 but haven't received the security deposit of Rs 5000 or so till date. I was been told that i will get refund in 90 days but haven't got yet. So, request you to refund my security deposit. My Telephone No. is 4127888 and I have cleared all due payments while submitting the cancellation request on 31st Dec 2021.

My phone no 25085225, located in Dwarka, New Delhi has been dead for over a month. I raised a complaint online on 15/5/23 - Docket no 15, but there has been no activity with respect to addressing my complaint.
All contact details in MTNL site, are bogus. None of the numbers work.
When I tried 1500, the operator says, that the line is only for resolving Broadband complains and not for Landline repairs.
There is no way...

I had surrendered and discontinued my landline number on 20/05/2022 . All dues had been cleared and all formalities completed. I have the letter copy and work order number as proof at my end. However, even after one year, I have still not got my security deposit refund. My work order numbers are 5340, 5341, 5342. I can provide any other relevant information if required. Please do the needful at the earliest....

We are facing problems since 2months no one slove 5he problems no lineman come to visit and I visit office in rohini all offices not give right sloving my problems after that offices use asinine languages with me ...my phone [protected]......

This is to inform you that I disconnected MTNL and I applied for security refund of MTNL in Feb 2021 but till date i have not received the refund in spite of regular follow ups.

I have attached the cancel cheque and sent to mtnl office as per instructed by mtnl employee but nothing happened.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is front of our house N-39, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi-110032.
This is causing a lot of problems due to its wrong position and causing a lot of problems
while putting our Car inside the house. There is no active connection on this pole.
There is Fire threatening issue because of clutter of cables on this pole
which is used by local cable and broadband operators....

Hello - I have got a litigation notice from MTNL case no 68157. Please note that my telephone has been non functional and out of order since 3 years and I have complained to mtnl and nothing has happened.

I am not sure why I am being charged when the phone connection is out of order. I have already informed mtnl on 27/6/2020 after visiting their Mulund east office and lodging complaint of the non working number.

On 23 Marh 2021, i have surrendered my broadband instrument at MTNL, CBD Belapur and submitted written application for refund of security deposit to MTNL Vashi office. Reference for application is WO - 318 dt 23.03.2021.
Till date i have not yet received my refund. Request you to support.

Our landline is nor woking for several months. I have placed a complain on the toll free no and also on the online portal but all I get is a docket no 1500

I have written an emaiil to several email id's but still no response from Zone no 5.

However in all this I continue to receive all the bills on time.

I am a resident of h.no.1392 type 2 timaepur delhi. A nonworking, mtnl pole is in frint of my house causing hindrance and obstruction and which fall on vehicle standing there. Pole can be a cause for theives to clim up to the upper floors. Plz remove it.

I need to disconnect 23059015 and 23059016 but there is no response from mtnl end...

We have surrendered our Residential Land line No.26040002 which was in the name of our Mother Late Smt.Geeta Jagannath Patel on 28/11/2020. Almost two years passed till date we have not received deposit money. Could you please look into the matter urgently and reply. Also we sent a message on email id - but no reply.

I have surrendered my telephone No. 29562965 on 28.12.2021 which was installed at Qtr. No. 8, Block No. 10, Sector 1, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi and security deposit refund amount of Rs 2736/- was settled by their Accounts department in January, 2022.

However, in spite of my follow up and visits to their Bhikaji Cama Place office I have not received security deposit till date.
