Date 06/12/17 filed application for telephone shifting in chandivali exchange we shifted to chandivali to kanjurmarg on a rented premises mtnl lineman not came till date case i went mtnl exchangechandivali for filed application for shifting to new premises dated 06/12/2017. They have issued workorder to powai exchange assuring that phone and connection will be done either today or tommorow but it has not yet been done i made 10 calls today...

I made payment of rs.211 towards bill no.[protected] a/c no.[protected]Mobile no.[protected]) through net banking vide transaction no. Igacdnqpj5 on 07/10/2017 and again vide transaction no. Igacexybc9 on 16/10/2017 as the bill was still being shown as pending. The extra payment has not been refunded to my bank account nor it has been adjusted. My complaint reference is 971884. There is no response from mtnl....

I have an mtnl broadband and perhaps that is the biggest mistake i made.
I had heard govt offices / officers have become more responsible, but my experience is things have gone from bad to worse.
I have at least a dozen docket numbers but nobody attends to the snail broadband speed.
It seems i will have option but to shift to a private service provider
So much for digital india. Entire mtnl should hang its head...

My name is vishnu dutt sharma my mobile no.[protected]. I am suffering from funbazar [protected]@5 service. I did not activate this service. Company activated forcely. And they charged 5 r's beetveen every three day, s. I am suffering it for 4 month and mtnl deducted my lots of rupees. Many times i call at customer care but they people did not do anything and many time they cut my call. I send msg (Stop) to 155223 but could not get any reply mag....

This has reference to above telephone number at our address a 1802, 18th floor, orchid towers, belasis road, mumbai central, mumbai - 400008.

I would like to complaint about the broadband not working since 4th november' 2017 and since then i have complaint twice with docket numbr 9094 earlier which came to me as resolved by sms and i was surprised as to how can mtnl send such a sms without resoliving the issue as our internet...

My telephone number is 26668816 and my complaint number is 120. Please disconnect my connection if you are not providing good services to consumer.

From last six month i'm facing this issues. From last two month i cant used the services every time services is down.

Line man is coming and temporary fixed the issues after 2 day same problem persist.

The customer care numbers of mtnl delhi are not working properly as i have tried so much. Now i am tired by lodging complaints to mtnl i request higher officials to do needful so that i can avail facility of phone...

I nawal kishore singh, house no-519, sec-9, rk puram _110022, new delhi owns a mtnl connection with no. 26192483 and broadband connection along with it. I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection, because no use of broadband of mtnl (Consumer no: [protected]).

Therefore, i want you to see the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and disconnect my broadband connection.

I have been port my dolphin connection no [protected] with other operator.
Still i am getting the bills while contact customer care they advise to contact sanchar haat. The sanchaar haat people internally don't know that who is responsible for this refund. While visited laxmi nagar sanchar haat they informed to send me to their landline refund branch again contact them then they told me to contact sanchaar haat idgah or cgo complex....

I am having 2 mtnl dolphin connections ([protected] & [protected]).

I no longer need the services of these connections due to worst network availability in the area of my residence/office.

It is requested to disconnect/close both the above mobile numbers and provide me final bill for payment.

Mtnl dolphin charged me rs 9819/- for internet charges they are not getting customers and not able to provide service to customer so there source of income is going down and down so they don't know where to earn so they start over charging on bills and if you not paid on time they sent legal notice to you. This is hight of looting to customers and nobody in there office to answer about bill issues if you ask somebody they will say go meet...

This is regarding data usage during the month of september 2017 for my mobile no [protected]. I do never use this mobile data for internet use and normal bill every month comes to rs 350 t0 375 as i use the seperate wi-fi services but september month billing is rs 1196/- which is very high, as compared to past months. On exmination of the data usage, it is surprisingly noted and informed to you that data usage for september 2017 upto 26.09.2017...
