MTNL — Broadband not working and no one is paying attention even after several complaints.

It's been two weeks i have been complaining about broadband not working at 1504, but no one is visiting home to correct it. Mtnl is the worst service provider. No wonder people prefer private firms over government. I am so fed up with mtnl's behavior... I have been calling them everyday and what they do is just give me another complaint number and a false promise of resolving it within 24 hours.

I tried escalating the matter as well. But the area manager of dwarka area is worse... He keeps disconnecting the call. I tried up general manager's office as well... And guess what... No answer. I think mtnl is having useless lazy and worthless people from peon to gm.

I am very very sure the this complaint is also gonna be unlistened... Just advising other guys that never go for mtnl connection.
