MTNL Delhi — Amount for the same bill cut twice from the account

hi, I paid my mtnl broadband internet bill number [protected] (phone number :[protected] today amounting to Rs. 1247 via billalert.mtnl.net.in However the bill still showed as unpaid on the site and thinking it to be a failed transaction, i paid it again. Now the amount of 1247 has been cut from my account twice. I have got no response from the billing department of mtnl when i tried to contact them on phone. The general helpline is redirecting me again and again to billing dept. I also mailed at the helpdesk.[protected]@bol.net.it and [protected]@bol.net.in. I have got no response till date.
