[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Incorrect Billing leading to stoppage of outgoing

My number is[protected] Located at D2/2051 Vasant Kunj. Since last 2 months I have been getting Bills for Intenet/Broadband which has never been demanded or provided to me. Since these 2 INCORRECT Bills were not paid by me they have stopped my Outgoing. I have had this phone for 16 years.All bills have been paid regularly.I gave written complaint yo SDO Phones Mr Pal in Vasant Kunj Exchange twice bot no action has been taken.
