Dear Sir, With due respect, I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing problems with my MTNL broadband connection. My internet connection is not working for the past 20 days. I have made multiple complaints through the automatic voice system, to the customer care. I have also filed complaints to the MTNL department in Chanakyapuri on phone no. [protected], but no one is taking any action. I've also made complaints to the Area Manager (Chanakyapuri), Mr. R.k. Issar but haven't got any resolution till now. I also request you to please provide me rebate on my telephone bill for the period from which my internet connection is not working.Till now it's 20 days plus.
