MTNL Delhi — MTNL Landline not working

Date 04.11.2014 Ref. : My earlier e-mail dated 17.10.2014 21.10.2014, 29.10.2014, 03.11.2014 & 04.11.2014 to The General Manager, (TY), MTNL G-Block DDA Shopping Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi – 110092 Subject : Complain / Docket no. 861 dated 01.10.2014 Docket no. 886 dated 25.09.2014 Docket no. 1012 dated 21.10.2014, Docket no. 827 dated 03.11.2014 & Docket no. 663 dated 04.11.2014 of Telephone No. 22357775 Dear Sir, I Rakesh Pokhariyal presently residing at B-87 / 4 / S-1, Dilshad Colony, Delhi – 110095, bearing Land Line No. 22357775, suffered great headache due to MTNL telephone instrument. Sir, I wanted to inform you that I have made online complaint which docket no. 886 dated 25.09.2014 Docket no. 861 dated 01.10.2014 Docket no. 1012 dated 21.10.2014, Docket no. 827 dated 03.11.2014 & Docket no. 663 dated 04.11.2014. But till date nobody came to my residence to solve the problem or not contact to us. The status of my complaint in the site shown only test desk / ETHER AS DES.BY OPERATOR. I am totally in full stress how to deal with it. I hereby request you to help me to come out of this and change my telephone instrument because it is about 19 years old. Kindly take up the matter at your level with Local MTNL representative / Officials.
