MTNL Delhi — reciving telephone bill without service and even complaint made | |||
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Asper your records I applied land line in the month of 18th December 2103, after everything process I got telephone instrument with Tribroadband( modem) in January 17th of 2014. Afterward there is delay in activation (mail below requested for activation) and activated on 14th of February 2014 ( took one month for activation ). Then the voice call activated on above said date, but modem is not worked at all, because they gave me fault one. I requested and complained so many times from March 2014 to May 2014, ( around 3 to 4 times; check my complaint register)nobody attended the complaint. Finally I surrender the fault modem to the MTNL office with letter on 12th july 2014. Even I paid all pending bills( march2014, April 2014, may2014 and June 2014) in which amount of broadband also included, in which Unfortunately not used the same. After that, they stopped my telephone voice line without reason. NowI received the bill of month of July 2014 with breaking charges( not mentioned clearly) of around 1160 Rs plus monthly rent for the same dead landline.
