I complaint many a times to the customer care executives about my slow net speed but they always said that we have transfered the complaint and it will OK with in 24 hrs and some even said that there is no problem and your speed of 60 kbps is fine while when i saw in the about my plan's details they showed 512 kbps is my minimum speed. Some even said that call here and there and your complaint will be heard and they have given me at least half a DOZEN NUMBERS too. I am going mad know what to do.
