Its been almost 2 years I am using the broadband connection with this number. The Internet connection since day-1 is intermittent, 30-40% of the time its not working and even when it works it is very slow as compared to what I was promised and being charged.
I must have logged more than 50-60 complaint (have lost count now) in last 2 years and NOT EVEN ONCE has anyone come to my place to even check what is the issue. Every time I call customer care they give me a complaint number and say that some technician will come in 24/48hrs... and no one even bothers to turn up. You must be having the records with you all my complaints over 2 years. Please open them and I want to know why not even a single once was taken care of.
I am unable to understand how pathetic can mtnl customer service be that even after so so many complaints over 2 years, no one even bothered to come and verify even once. They very conveniently close the complaint saying that there was no response. I dont understand how can this happen every time. This simply shows how careless mtnl is towards it customers.
