My MTNL (Delhi) telephone (number[protected] has been out of order for the last 10 days. I have lodged online complaint thrice and even i have lodged complaint by calling there call centers - nothing happened. The officers only express their helplessness and lack of man-power. Where do we go as customers? If this is the state of affairs in New Delhi -which boasts of MTNL services - one can only pity BSNL subscribers elsewhere in India!! I registered a complaint that my phone line was not clear on the 9th of this month. But till now no action has been taken on that complaint. I have tried calling the Rajouri Garden office on 2 of their numbers but as usual no body answers the calls. I tried calling the corporate office customer care on Lodhi Road but those numbers too go unanswered. I have the telephone number of the area line man from previous repair instances. So I tired calling him too but no response again. So for the past one week I have tried everything that is possible but with no progress.
How do I get this resolved? Also, should I use the RTI route to fix responsibility of the concerned public servants for this clear dereliction of duty?
