It's been 2 months and I do not get decent internet connection. Technicians come and go and there is no solution to it.pls go back and check records on the number of complaints registered. I have been asked to purchase new connector which I did. I even bought a new wifi router. To be honest your technicians have very little knowledge about interest connection.
I am very frustrated and in search of a different ISP. It's the worst experience I have had ever.
