MTNL Mumbai — unavailable of broad band service

Sir, I have a landline and broadband connection of mtnl mumbai with landline num 26542772, my landline connection is out of service since 11 august 2014, ihave registerd sevral complaint at mtnl srevice till date with dock no 568, 7684, 2826, 4493, ihave contacted personally with officers at bkc office ragarding my problem but there has been no solution till date.my internet service is also diconnected.plzz give a solution for my problem
