MTNL Mumbai — Worst customer service on this entire planet | |||||
This is not the first time but every time I have any issue with phone, internet, broadband, billing I have to go through their most worst pathetic consumer service on this entire planet. Their people have no knowledge of system, the ladies who pick the phone sound very unprofessional, uneducated and have no training what so ever in how to speak on the phone. They have no manners to say please thank you and they do not even have knowledge of the system. The worst part is every time I call their customer service number they provide me with a new number to call. Most of the time that number never works or never answered or if someone picks up they will hand you over a new number to call. And they never answer their emails. I do not understand why you advertise the emails on your website and bill if you are just going to ignore them. Many of the numbers listed on their website and actual bill never work. You just have to keep calling new number every time and talk to some stupid person on the other side who you know is just waste of time. Also these people do not even seem to have any kind of shame that they are doing such a bad job with customer service. Most of the links on their website do not work. Most of the applications, processes on their website do not work. For such a big company that has been existing here for so long I am surprised they have such kind of people employed who cannot even speak properly on phone let alone handle your query. I think MTNL should help people in India by shutting themselves down. I have one word DISGUSTING customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
