MTNL — my whole mobile balance is cut without any reason on 6/01/15

Dear sir, I have recharged 3G data plan(175 RS) on 06/01/15 after I used 1 hour net surfing but after some times cut money from my whole main balanced (88 RS). I want to say one more things your customer care no has not connected in roaming and plz provide me your working cc no Please resolved my issue at priority basis as soon as possible.
