MTNL — No new connections in your area. | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I am Manish Patiyal. I have registered a new connection with MTNL for wifi broadband just about a week ago. She told me our executive came at your home for registration and other formalities, but no one is coming. I called customer care again and asked about that then they replied me "No new connections in your area" right now, so we did not get it to you. I told her that if your company MTNL not going for a new connection, then how anyone expect for a new connection or any other service of MTNL. Please help me. In my area, there are many MTNL landline connections, then how could they said that for no new connections. Please help me or any suggestion at [protected], Manish.
