MTNL — Outside cable fault - joints at 3 places

Sir, My landline telephone is 2 2 0 0 6 8 0 4. and I have broadband connection also on this telephone. The outside cable from pole to residence is very old and has 3 joints. Due to this, some time my internet is not working for two, two, three days. So I request you to please get this old cable changed. Thanking you.
