MTNL — Postpaid to prepaid request - [protected]- Mumbai

I approached MTNL Customer Care in Khar -W Mumbai telephone exchange and submitted all documents as required and was told request will be fulfilled in 3hours. Nothing happened. Just at 8:45 pm today received SMS that order ID COM0636722 is processed successfully. Still unable to top-up / recharge. No satisfactory reply from exchange officials or helpline no. 1503.
