[Resolved] MTNL — Very low internet speed which frustrates me every day | |||
I am having a combo package from MTNL by which a landline phone and Internet service is provided. Internet speed package is 512 kbps package. I am completely vexed with the actual download and surfing speed provided. When I stayed in Hyderabad I used to get atleast 60 kbps on 512 kbps package from airtel or beam telecom. But, here I am getting not more than 20 kbps which is very low not just once but, daily. Does these a$$h0les have any moral ethics towards their customers is the biggest question I wonder with. Every time whenever I try to give a complaint on phone an automatic voice asks me to press some numbers and then says ' Your complaint is registered and our executive will reach you very soon'. How can they understand the anger of customers if they don't even hear from them. Im complaining today because after more than filing 5 complains for last 6 months one executive came today and he is fit for nothing. His age is surely more than 55 and don't know anything about internet. He don't even know what is kbps and mbps or how internet speed is calculated. This is not the way to give a service to any customer. If these state companies are unfit to give a service why they lure them and make them suffer? I don't understand why feedback from customers is not given priority by these companies in India. I scolded that executive horribly and asked him to leave off as he is not right person for his job. Asked him to take a retirement and go to hell. If I am rude I don't need to be sorry as MTNL service is much more rude to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
