WORST !!

I took a plan of 7GB+ unlimited for Rs-699 and suddenly the net was dead slow 10 days..!! Then I recharged for Limited pack i.e 499 assuming that may be 7GB was limit, but, the performance was even more slow...! when called up customer care people they told me recharge for 100Rs again to get the 499 Rs activated !! That was WORST !! NO PROPER RESONPENSE FROM THE TEAM !! WORST PRODUCT...

I have got the MTS datacard 3 months back, the device was working fine for 1st month from past month the speed has decreased to 20kbps according to the plan i should have 2mbps. I have raised the complain thrice but the customer care is not responsive they reply back with a series of steps or call me at odd times and say that we need to resolve it online i.e while using the datacard. MTS MBLAZE WiFi - Mistake of my life!

I brought this MTS wifi datacard almost 30 days back with 40gb unlimited plan of 999INR. Begining 10-12 days i was getting good speed but later on it got #Reduced countably to 10-12kbps, even lesser than my cellular data! I called the customer care several times and even raised complaint w.r.t speed issues which i am facing from almost 20 days. One of the executive said that there's no HSD network in my area. Then how the hell in the begining...

MTS cheated us ......!!!

I recharged my MTS data card on 23/10/14. of Rs. 299. of 1 GB. In this data card the remaining balance got transferred to the new one if recharged . But when i recharged it the old balance did not got transferred to new one. The old Balance was 3663.39 MB and when i recharged it of 1 GB the new balance was supposed to be 4687.39 MB which was not so . The old balance did not got transferred to the new one and it was showing 1 GB as the remaining...

I have asked for help on numerous occasions and get no where. Your staff said that someone was stealing my points and I should get a password to login. After that I have not gotten any help to setup a password. My usage points keep missing and this is frustrating. slow download and surfing speed

Sir, I am Hemraj. MTS no-[protected] is facing the problem of slow download and surfing speed.I have recently purchased mts mblaze ultra wifi dongle on 22oct 2014. I am provided with 10gb data for 15 days but the download speed is 2 kb/s(min.) And 20 kb/s(max.) And sometimes it gives max. 50 kb/s (once in 2 days). The surfing is so slow that fb login page takes 10-15 min. to load. These 2 are the main problems i am facing. Please help me....
