mts mblaze ultra wifi failure

Slow speed(20kbps-100kbps)

THE UJJWAL TELECOM, DEHRADUN, ENSURED ME THAT THEY WILL REPLACE WITH THE NEW ONE WITHIN 15 DAYS. THEN I SEEKED DIRECT HELP FROM THE MTS COMPANY, WHICH THEY ALSO ENSURE TO REPLACE IT. Data usage not showing problem in report

Hi Support, I have recharged my MTS card with 1499 and they have given 15 GB data o[censored]nlimited but suddenly the usage decreased to 5 GB and I asked the report and they provided the report which itself wrong. I have attached the screen shot of report and it shows the line 22 and 23, usage is 1.409 but decrease the left balance from 13.874 to 9.186.
