MTS Customer Care / Support is very worst

Recently I have taken MTS Postpaid connection and they provided the ZTE device for the same but it doesn't have PPP VPN internet protocol hence I raised the complaint on the same day of device activated complaint no: MAY/9557. The MTS Mblaze Post paid data card promises to provide 40GB of Data usage per month and in the beginning they said the monthly charges will be Rs.999/- and then when the bill came for the first month and it was well over than what the said me and it was just above Rs.1122( yea you heard it right it is Rs.1122 per month) .. MTS is a company of mother [censored]ers & ..I was using their dongle which was supposed to give 3.1 mbps speed, which gave 0.7 mbps speed...I thought MTS ultra would be better with 9.8 mbps speed..from thestart in January 2014 itself, the speed was maximum 1.9 mbps...over months it got reduced to 0.9 mbps speed..even checked in their own server, it showed 0.9 mbps speed... Monthly Deduction of balance

I do not apply for any sort of services. Whenever I get a call from the company, I disconnect it. Still, every month I observe a deduction of Rs. 10 from my balance. But on 25/06/2014 Rs 30 was deducted. These involuntary deductions are completely not welcomed. Please take proper actions as it is becoming a new agenda of MTS....

Complaint status closed without attending the complaint
