Hi..This is Md Ali Masud from 24 Parganas, West Bengal and my cell number is [protected]. It was last night till 6:38 p.m. my available balance was 14.26 rupees. After approximately 1 hour my balance suddenly decrease to only 4.26 rupess. When i contacted to customer care personnel they told me that i downloaded some data from internet. I asked him told the exact time and they told it was 7:00 p.m. I shocked caz i even really did not use it for internet and it is not internent enable phone too and if it is so, the downloaded things must be there in my phone. I find it nowhere. They have given me wrong information other than resolving the problem. If it happens to anyone, i think the service provided must send message before deducting any amount from one's account. It is petty that MTS did not do this. The same things happened to me with my MTS Mblaze service. Though i have been using MTS for the last 4 years, i am sorry to say that the customer service is really worse. Would u like to please tell me when the deduct balance will be refunded? Though it is not a huge balance, but u know once it is getting started, who can assure me, next time the same thing will not happen to me or with anyone?
