I Was a genuine customer of MTS (No. [protected]) Till 24/03/2015. Later I placed a request to deactivate the service via MTS Customer Care (Toll Free Number :[protected])(Request Reference Number : 1405622), They replied you will have to clear all your outstanding amount to deactivate the account so, according to their instructions I had paid all my due bill amount on 18/04/2015. After that Next month they again generated bill for my connection even though it was not in active status.so, I again complaint in customer care they said it is just system error kindly avoid this, But this problem continued till the month of June-2015 and total they have generated 1440/-Rs. Approx. Bill For my dead connection.
And Now Today I am getting a call by their advocate saying that there is court case registered in Delhi against you for not paying the pending amount so, I humbly request you to do the needful as soon as possible.
