Mts — Billing Never stops | |||
My MTS DATA CARD number is : [protected] I am getting sms for making a payment of 26/- towards the data card even after making the complete payment. However this charge came up after I had made the final payment of a date agreed after which the billing was told to be stopped. I was told that this is the final bill amount. I have been calling the customer care for two months now getting no response from them!! This was the same reaction when I called them for speed issue on my 2nd day o[censored]sage after the activation of the DATACARD. After I got the SMS I was told that this is due to the delay time charges and I have been charged for those last two or three days when the card was suspended, but the last amount that I paid was the calculated amount agreed by the customer care from MTS . So why am I penalized for the miss I am not able to make this payment too, do you expect me to travel 12 Kms the most nearest showroom one way to make a payment in so I use at least a RS 30 as amount for fuel to pay the outstanding RS 26 charged to me after the last date!!!
