MTS Broadband Internet Connection — Status of the Parcel CU[protected]IN

My Father have booked a parcel from Indira Nagar, Lucknow, UP to Columbus, OH, USA on 20th May 2014. Parcel Trcaking Number is CU[protected]IN. I didn't get the parcel till date. And when I track it on Indian Post site it says only Article is booked and dont show the exact status of my Parcel. My father tried contacted the branch and they said we need to track it from GPO, Lucknow. So just wanted to check the exact status of my parcel.
