[Resolved] Mts — Canceled registration of MTS data card and asking to buy New | |||
Dear Sir, My name is R K Jha. I use MTS datacard bearing no. [protected]. I have not recharged the said number for last 3 months for some unavoidable reasons. However, I wanted to recharge it now. On being checked, the customer care dept. informed that my data card cannot be recharged as its registration has been cancelled due to non recharge for last 3 months and I will have to buy a new device. This is complete cheating to a customer as they have not informed about such co. policiy of MTS to me via any communication mode. Kindly help.
