[Resolved] Mts — Cheated and Harrassed by MTS, Not closing the account and harassing me to Pay Up

Hi,
My Name is V Sriram.
On June 10th 2014 I took MTS connection (Data Card number [protected]). However on 3rd day itself I called and raised a complaint(NO-JUNE/7243) for slow speed which was ( 0.2 mbps whereas MTS claim 9.2mbps).
After 3 days when I called the customer care they CLOSED the ticket without asking me or informing me and more over they took the complaint for installation issue whereas I clearly mentioned SLOW SPEED.
Finally I lost my patience with the slow speed and Lethargic service quality, I raised cancellation request on 23rd June (req no[protected]. However even without using their service I started getting the Bill payment mails, SMS and calls. Even after Complaint( No - AUG/4909) and explanations they were not leaving me alone.
Finally I paid the amount (please see attached).
Now after a Lull of 1 month they come back again to me stating that I have to pay Sep-14 bill, eventhough I have broken the device and threw it away. I am being harassed by MTS for a long time time and REQUESTING HELP.
