[Resolved]  Mts — Cheated by MTS

Hi Sir/Madam I have been cheated by MTS. For me its become MTS (Mental Torturing Service) I have been their customer since last 4 years. October-2014 first week i have moved to their new 3G plan and bought one new 3G dongle. After the activation i have been getting very low speed and poor signal, so i have reported complaint via their customer care. I have got response from their technical team and offered they will visit the place and fix the appointment. Instead of their presence i used to get SMS which say my issue has been resolved and complaint is closed. Again i have called customer care and put up complaint. This time also experience was the same. Oct month itself i have called more than 15 times and made complaints. Each time i used to get same response from them. When i have reported regarding this foul play by their technical side, they told that whenever their technical called me i never used to reply the call. I don't know how a responsible company make these kind of lies each time. In between these days i used to take my dongle to my office (which is near MG road, Bangalore) or friends room and i will get enough speed, which is around 1mbps (Actually MTS offer was 9Mbps). And nov month i wrote detailed letter to their customer care officer and applelete officer and they offered issue will be resolved soon. But the real drama from their side starts then. Next day they have sent one technician to my home. He came along with his laptop and checked the signal and speed. He was checking 10-15 min from their but didnt get signal level more than 10kbps. Later he went to top of my home (i am staying ground floor he went 3rd floor) and return after 20 min and informed me that hardly getting 400kbps signal in this area. Same will inform to higher end and increase speed. We told him that inside home we are getting only 10kbps which is not sufficient, cant check my gmail also. Later he offered he will inform higher end and will do needful. I was waiting their response, and i have got SMS which saying i am getting 1mbps and closed the issue.Again i wrote mail to them but response was not positive. They were sticking with this 1mbps lie. In between i have paid Oct month rent and they have already sent nov month bill also. When i asked for decrease the nov month bill, they refused it. Now i am deactivated the service. I lost money spent for device, oct month bill partially and going to loss nov's fully. I don't know why they were not trusting their customer ? If MTS's signal level only sufficient for particular area then why they were selling their product in all places? I have uploaded some screen shots, taken 20-30 mins interval

Today[protected]:07PM) I have got one SMS from MTS, says complaint no. DEC/325 regarding speed issue has been resolved.

My connection got deactivated 24th Nov. If there is no connection then how can they resolve issue?

This shows their responsibility towards customer.
I have received on mail which says "MTS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint." but nobody called regarding this. And sure I am getting call from their billing section and saying to pay the bill.

Everyday I am seeing lots of cheating complaints from MTS in same page. Is this will resolved ?

Repeated lie wont become true sir. What basis you are saying that i was getting 1mbps ?. I had explained all experience which has been faced and also send screen shot to your top officer, here also i have uploaded same screens. Till now i was thinking all happened because of your irresponsible technicians. Now i think that you cant give proper services and making excuses.

I used to get 1mbps if I bring dongle to MG road (my office) or other main posh areas. Its true that i had used dongle from those areas. But I need service to my home not any streets or public road. Even if MG road i was getting 1mbps so you can imagine what would be the signal you were providing the area like jeevanahalli where i am staying. Whole city you are added your ad boards which saying 9mbps. Is it only a marketing technique for cheating people ?

More than month I was keep on writing to your customer care officials and they reply same 1mbps story. Is this your servicing style. If you needs then I can submit all those mails.

After that I have contacted Airtel personals and they have said particular area don't have their signal. If your answer like this then i could have try other options. After i have taken service from other vendor . Now i am satisfied the service (Don't think they were giving 1000mbps). I have checked their speed now i am getting 1mbps only but its more than enough for me.

Anyway I am not at all interested in your service.

I have got one more mail from MTS Team which says I need to pay bill with in 7 days. From consumer court do I get any justice from them. I am ready to hand over useless dongle to them to anytime. Every day I am seeing lots of new complaints against MTS and seems no solution has been given.
