This is to inform you that I have been using the MTS Ultra boradband services from April Data Card number is [protected]. I have been using the plan Corp HSD-REV B 444-3GB for Rs.444. My usage is very limited and it was good for the first two months. Now from last two months MTS is charging very high which is 5 times more than what i use. MTS doesn't send the bills but send the sms for payments and additional usages. Even for the very limited usage they have charged me Rs.2300 for Aug-2014. But there is no record of data usage in MB or GB, but only they are claiming the amount Rs.2300 overall.
MTS customer care team is not responding for my queries and not providing approriate informations with regards to the bill. MTS marketing people calls and informs us to upgrade for unlimited 5GB plan and upgraded to it. Today when I called MTS customer care they says it is again chargable for the usage after 5GB, then how can it be unlimited package. MTS is not able to provide answer for this.
I hereby request you to kindly take a severe action on this and save the customers getting cheated everyday.
