Mts — Closure Request not processed properly

I gave a request for closure of my MTS Wifi ([protected]) on 02-Sep-2015. The Customer Care calculated an amount of Rs.961 and asked me to pay it for closure. I paid that amount on that day itself. The connection was not terminated. On 22-Sep-2015, I was asked to pay another Rs.722 and call again to take a closure request. I paid Rs.622 as there was a waiver request for Rs.100. I called the Customer Care again after paying the amount and then they gave me a SR number 5884396. The next day (23-Sep-2015), a lady from the back end team called me and asked me the reason for cancellation. She was very adamant and wanted me to go for safe custody. I told her that I would reply later. On 24-Sep-2015, I called that lady and told that I am not interested in safe custody and I wanted my connection terminated. Immediately after, I got the message that my request has been processed. I thought that my connection was terminated. On 19-Oct-2015, there was an email saying that this month bill is Rs.398 and has to be paid by 03-Nov-2015. Shocked, I called the Customer Care, they behaved in the most unprofessional way one would ever imagine. They were absolutely rude and was not willing for me to search for the details they required. They asked me to call again and again. They also said that they got the information from the back end team that I wanted to go for safe custody. Only God knows why the lady from the back end team did not update my conversation on 24-Sep-2015 that I wanted my connection terminated. She had updated everything that happened till 23-Sep-2015 (all what she spoke to me). The Customer Care wanted me to pay another Rs.566/- to the the termination request on 20-Oct-2015. Another lady from the back end team ([protected]) and again asked me the reason for termination. Fed up with my previous experience I simply asked her to refund my Rs.566 which I paid today and terminate the connection. She spoke rudely to me and said refund is not possible I will terminate the connection and immediately banged the phone (to cut the call). This incident clearly highlights the negligence of the back end team which did not give the correct update to the Customer Care. As a result I have to bear another Rs.566/- for the termination. Still I am not sure whether my line would be disconnected and I wont be surprised if I am presented with one more bill for next month. Does this speak well of a reputed Service Provider like MTS. Clearly disguting. I have paid a total of Rs.2149/- from 02-Sep-2015 to 20-Oct-2015 without even touching the device. Please investigate on this and provide me a refund for atleast the Rs.566 that I paid today (20_oct-2015). Thanks Chackravarthi [protected]
