To, Manager, MTS Udaipur, Rajasthan Subject : Complain regarding change is plan without consent Dear Sir, Please to note that we have MTS Postpaid Basic Connection in the name of Dr Anushka Memorial Educational Society, Udaipur and our basic no. is 5133351, We have this connection since long time and since initial we have the plan of FWP 900 PLAN, suddenly last month we have received an letter saying that our plan has been changed to MTS 9 KA DHAMAKA PLAN Without our consent or any information, we have tried calling at many helpline numbers but did not got any satisfactory reply. I hereby request you to please change back my plan to OLD Plan FWP 900 PLAN with immediate effect. Thanks with regards Rajeev Surana Secretary Dr Anushka Memorial Education Society, Udaipur
